Rules not working on Movies

Rules are working on TV (Episode) but not working on movies.

I'm explicity trying to match the following conditions:

First match: Never watched and greater than 120
2nd match: Last watched over 365.

Here's an example of media that should be matched:

I can confirm that the issue is the Never Watched. If that's the only rule it still doesn't work, it never matches any movie.

From Plex - it matches the metadata I can get via the API.
