Interest in using the keepachangelog style and structure for the changelog?

More and more open-source projects, as well as a lot of parts and apps from Nextcloud, have been moving to and using the style of https://keepachangelog.com/ for their changelogs. It is a great default, makes it readable and in some cases even automatically processable.

Would there be any interest in switching to this format?
