Make edit link work when hosting Draw.io at a subpath

Currently the edit link for diagrams does not work when Draw.io is hosted at a subpath like https://our-domain.com/tools/diagrams.

The Edit link opens https://our-domain.com/?client=1, while it should actually open https://our-domain.com/tools/diagrams/?client=1.

Considering the pathname when building the link should do the job:
