What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install PSOI applicaiton
2. Install Matrikon Explorer
3. Connect to OPC Server
4. Try to browse the tags

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest. Windows 7 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Also browsing with another client (dOPC), althoug it can browse the tags it 
can't get the values.
