gotta build in a path for entering into an image contest if r2 upload isn't working.

I think baseline we allowing a user to check a box that just sets the image link to a default image we already have in R2 and then they can put a link in the entry description to somewhere they have been able to upload their image like imgur.

but yeah the major motivation here is that we can't have it be that if R2 uploads aren't working then just users can't enter a contest.
