Implement a way to indicate static members

UML says that "classifier" (static) fields and method should be underlined. We need some other way to indicate this textually. Perhaps an underscore after the visibility indicator, like this:

+_foo()

RaphUML should render this without the underscore, but instead with the member underlined.
