Help needed with setting up simple script

I've read through all of the documentation and open issues, and tried the examples, but I'm just not understanding how to utilize this.

All I want is to take two inputs and convert them into two outputs.

Namely:

HND 1648496453 HID Size 3 Count 1 Ptr 49032856 - Input 03CF00

to: Alt+Shift+b

HND 1648496453 HID Size 3 Count 1 Ptr 49033864 - Input 034100

to: Enter

Do note that the number after "Ptr" changes sometimes, but the other numbers are always the same for each of these inputs.

I believe the Usage is 1 and Usage Page is 12 - just like the Natural Keyboard 4000 (as discussed here).

I realize the dev is no longer active, but I'm really hoping someone else can help.
