Deleting an item needs to delete its minutes and request too

Currently you get a foreign key violation when deleting an item if you haven't already deleted these.

This might help mitigate other bugs. Currently you can end up with junk minutes associated with real items which mess things up.

I tested the admin interface, and when you select all items on a page, it only selects the items from the page and not all items in the database, so it would be possible to 'brute-force' delete minutes without dates by selecting them page by page and deleting them using the 'delete selected' button on the upper right.
