[Feature request] - changing preset during an open window detection

Configure window detection to Frost
Set preset to Comfort
Open a window and wait VTherm to be in 'window_state'.
Change the preset to Eco,
Close the window,

Expected: the VTherm should switch into Eco which is now the expected preset from user.
Constated: the VTherm switch to Comfort (the preset before the window opens).

Check with target temperature also.

It is border line Bug and enhancement.
