Are the endpoint safe to use ?

Hello! I was wondering if the copilot endpoints are safe to use and if they are intended to be used only from VSCode.

There is now an official response from GitHub, the endpoints must not be used for other uses other than vscode related tooling, the misuse can lead to account suspension.

Thanks for raising this! I was definitely unaware that this was the case. I guess this part "could lead to account suspension or loss of access if used for production or commercial purposes" (emphasis mine) would mean that we shouldn't expect account suspension or loss of access is used for personal non-commerical purposes?
