Unit tests integration

Hi,

I made this fork to experiment with adding unit tests for this template and I think I was successful. The unit tests follow the same conventions as MLIR unit tests (i.e., tests in unittests folder, lit configuration under tests/Unit, using gtest). Would this be something that would be of interest to upstream here?

Thank you for your interest in the project! Having a template for unit tests would definitely make sense. Feel free to open a PR with your changes.
