Currently, both applications use Google Fonts as their source of their typography:

Globetrotter - Mukta
Menu Matriarch - Krub

The more professional way to import these is including them as assets so they aren't relying on a third-party service. Additionally, Menu Matriarch is suffering from missing styles because weights other than 400 are no longer available on Google Fonts.
