Supports Inlay Hints by reducing eye-popping hint colors

Problem

Inlay hints are currently pretty prominent in Winter Is Coming theme. For example:

Because of these eye-popping colors, I have to turn off some kinds of Inlay Hints to reduce the noise. I wonder if the current Inlay Hints colors are accounted for or chosen by the original author? If it's the expected design choice, I will override them in my settings.json
