Joinly running the meeting rather than assisting #168

Really cool project, well done so far!

I have a weekly shift handover meeting where we need to run through a checklist. It's highly repeatable, and with the right prompting I'm sure an AI could do it. It's basically stuff like

  • Were there any incidents last week? (Check Incident Management MCP tool for incidents assigned to meeting attendee)
  • Were there any important things that happened? (Open Notion page to write notes)
  • For the person on the shift, have they configured their phone number? (Check IM MCP again to see if they've configured things)
    etc etc

I feel like today with Cursor I could run through the checklist and provide a written summary ahead of the meeting - that's totally achievable. What i'm searching for is something that could actually guide people through it all on a live Google meet. I think I would want to prompt Joinly ahead of time with a prompt describing their job in the meeting, and then have it coorindate. If you feel this is within the realms of Joinly, i'd be keen to contribute as needed.

Seems like Joinly is less in the driving seat, as it stands and more designed as an assistant.

What are your thoughts?
