Pass socks proxy to librtmp

[GoogleCodeExporter]

librtmp nominally supports using a SOCKS proxy (it's broken currently, but 
that's kind of a separate issue). This patch adds support for passing that 
information to it when the plugin is configured to use SOCKS.
