Media | Image name is not getting trimmed due to which UI layout getting change

Steps to reproduce the issue

Login to administrator
Go to content -> Media
Create the subfolder
Upload the file with long nam

Expected result

File name should get trimmed and UI should not get change

Actual result

UI of media manger section getting change

Its seems like displaying name in trimmed name
