Is it possible to get a declaration substructure (i.e. parameters for a function) and it's usr with a single request without having to call Structure and Index separately? I've been playing with all the requests but haven't been able to do it. Thank you.

Hi, has there been any progress on this? I'm currently trying to figure out how to generate USR for Swift.
