In the link uncovering-sourcekit that give in the README file, there is a referenced shell file in USING SOURCEKIT FROM THE COMMAND LINE chapter, that is sourcekit_playground-sh, but can not access it.

I can see it in a fresh browser session without being authenticated to GitHub.
