I moved from jqm 1.3.x to 1.4.5 and in the process used themeroller to also copy in the a-thru-e themes of 1.3 and make a custom output css in 1.4.5 so have a consistent color mapping; however, when applying the class based button theme selections (ie: class="ui-btn ui-btn-d") specifically to a button it is not taking the theme but rather using whatever was inherited from a higher level theme setting. As an example, if you would have used a data-theme="b" on the div encapsulating several buttons then all of the buttons would be getting the "b" theme even if each button was individually set to a theme - "a", "b", "c", "d"...
