Add support for real time QSOs

If log entries are created by an external source (FT8 and adipush), the webpage requires manual refreshing.  A page that auto refreshes on an update would be good.  This would require a rearchitecture using architecture of the qso page, since the viewQSO page couldn't be a popup the way it is now.
