Why the auto close brackets add on does not work?

Hello,

In the Jsbin/Account/Editor settings I've checked the Close brackets, but when I write a code, it doesn't work. It doesn't close the HTML code automatically. I've tried it in another browser, in another laptop, still not working.

Do you have any idea what can be the problem?
