Follow up to https://github.com/jsx-eslint/eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y/issues/423 `aria-labelledby` can similarly label a link (same as `aria-label`) and should also be added as a valid option I'm guessing it'd be a small addition, similar to the original PR that fixed 423
