When to publish official release?

It would be nice to have an official (non-pre-release) v0.1.0 release out given that we have presented & used jupyter_server_documents to good success.

Questions

1. Are there any other success criteria we ought to meet before publishing a jupyter_server_documents==0.1.0 release?

2. When do we think we can publish the v0.1.0 release by?
