HTML summary dropdown icon does not show up

I did a little inspection and it looks like this is probably css-related. If you unselect "list-style: none" then the marker appears:

@agoose77 just released v2.4.0 of jupyterlab-myst, which does not yet have this change, but will put us in a place to update very soon. If we haven't released this by next week, please follow up!
