Checkbox to (re)"load on save"

Problem

Reloading from the command palette requires opening the command palette (three keystrokes), finding the right command (several keystrokes) and confirming (another keystroke). I would love to have the option to reload on save instead.

Proposed Solution

The toolbar of files with .js extension could get a checkbox "load as extension on save" in toolbar,

Additional context

It is common to have "do an action on save" check-boxes in other applications.
