I copy my DVD collection and new DVDs (maintaining DVD folder structure) that I get to various hard drives. As one drive gets full, I add another USB external hard drive. I then sort them by "Date Added" so the newest movies I've added show first in the flow. I like this because I have nearly 3000 movies and when I want to watch a newer movie (one that I more recently added) I look near the top of the list. Well, every so often the computer or an external hard drive hiccups and when this happens all my DVDs get "reloaded" into SageTV and it thinks I just added this entire drive of movies and it messes up my whole system as it re-sorts them with all these movies being shown as my recent movies but they aren't.
