It would be helpful to add a "select all" button to the "Categories Filtered"
screen. I would like to exclude a couple of categories from my movie wall
(such as educational or fitness), but to do so requires me to manually select
every category except those two.
I'm not sure what will happen if I add a movie with a new category. It may
automatically be excluded since I have manually setup the category list. If
this is the case, then it would be helpful to have a way to "exclude"
categories from the wall.
