/plan -> /solve

I am using my agents to build out a /plan that creates a PRD. I'm curious, each agent has it's own working branch folder. Does this plan.md i'm creating automatically get distributed to the working branches for /solve or should I populate it somehow with a git push and pull to a feature branch? Maybe I'm overthinking this.
