Chart Download
Add download button for all charts. This should download the active chart as a PNG file.
The downloaded chart should have a chart title. The format for assigning chart title is:
Title - Indicator Name - Budget Type (Total/Revenue/Capital) (in Bold)
Subtitle - Name of the scheme

The data point labels should be visible for both bar chart and line chart in the downloaded image

Axes Labels
For all indicators, Y axis label should be Value (Unit). For e.g. For Budget Estimates the label will be Value (In Crores) and for Fund Utilisation the label will be Value (in Percent)
Y Axis Units - [ ] For all indicators where units are percent (Indicators 4,5 and 6 listed above) - the Y axis should be from 0 till 100
Note: For some schemes the percentage is going above 100, so let's not change this for now.
Data points value
For bar graph the data points should be visible above the bars with units
For both bar graph and the line graph, on hover the data point should follow this format
