在PicGo官网中下载v2.3.0的软件包进行降级，注意安装前需退出软件。

已解决：#71
这是因为 PicGo 底层上传库从 request 迁移至 axios ，参考 PicGo/PicGo-Core#65，导致 TinyPng 不可用

但是这个项目没有相关的更新，我将项目fork了并且进行了深度优化和添加完善了更多功能，可以适配最新版的 PicGo

可以去看看我的项目 supine0703/picgo-plugin-compress-next
也可以直接在 PicGo 中搜索 compress-next
