Requirements

• load_default_pointer(). Loads a xcursor icon from a lz compressed byte array which is located in header
• include function to load xcursor icon from file on disk
• Cursor should be rendered based on the notify_pointer_motion callback
  coordinates
• Update drm_lz to include compression of the default pointer.
• The default pointer used needs a compliant license
