Timeline on 0.10.0 GA release

I see that there's been a lot of work going into the upcoming 0.10.0 release, and it's currently on its 4th release candidate.

Is there a target date for when 0.10.0 will be GA? The new release looks to fix a lot of issues we're currently experiencing, and I'm mostly asking to help inform whether we should start running the release candidates or just wait it out.
