We should update the kagent-dev skill or perhaps create new skills to aid in developing and debugging Kagent on top of Substrate, since it is quite different from traditional pod-based deployment. As people run agents to develop features related to Substrate (e.g. new harness), some workflow and experiences can be distilled and documented in skills to avoid repeatedly doing discovery with regard to how to debug Substrate, especially as debuggability of Substrate itself is still work in progress and often it's not entirely intuitive.
