Long time running organisation cache

Good morning,
I am uploading data and although it seems the data upload goes fast, the system gets stuck for a long time at 85% doing "Running organisation cache". The same happened yesterday. Why is that?

The problem is that I need to access to the report to see what wells were skipped, but I can't because the process is not completed. Please help! thanks.

The upload status is STOP
So we need to do "Resume"

That is because the background process stopped (Maybe the resource is not enough)

Solution

• Create the task to check the uploader per 5 minutes
• If the uploader is stop but from the background process, autoresume the process
