Change Payment Line as per new web structure

As per the new US slot booking structure, they moved the payment page from the last to 3rd step, so do I have to edit in the script, or it has already been fixed??. Also, do I have to edit "TEST_MODE = True" to False in setting.py to run perfectly? Your response will be greatly appreciated.
