Add support for exporting and releasing multiple SQLite databases

Updated the GitHub Actions workflow to handle both `policies.db` and `store-database.db`. Included necessary build commands for the new `storegenerator` module and adjusted artifact upload configuration. Redirected `store-database.db` output to the build directory for consistency.
