Add e2e tests for kedro viz --lite and relevant unit tests

Description

During manual testing (#2102), an error was found that should have been caught by the automated tests. Currently, there are no end-to-end (e2e) tests for kedro-viz --lite. It’s unclear if unit tests alone could resolve this issue, but if they can, this ticket should cover the addition of both unit tests and e2e tests.
