Documentation Update Needed

Current README is quite a bit out-of-date. Need to update to include description of new parameters associated with "no-clip" option, and to provide guidance on best-practices for deriving moment0 images which are unclipped. Best-practice for unclipped moment0 involves doing the following:

1. Clip to n-sigma (normally, n=3)
2. Derive average noise level for moment0 by assuming a default line width and single channel RMS to calculate a moment0 noise level. Use the "NoiseMap" and moment2 images, respectively, to calculate these two quantities.
3. Assign an average moment0 noise value to the blanked pixels from step 1.
