you are not using the Thunder Scans extension from our repository that's why it shows up as "outdated", the one from keiyoushi is on 1.4.33.
make sure you only have our repo in your mihon and then uninstall and reinstall the extension again

Reason: Thunder Scans (multi) dissolved to Thunder Scans (English).

Solution: Search Thunder Scans and install it and uninstall older version one, No migration needed
