[Feature] Add multi-country bank support in offramp — currently Nigeria-only

Problem

The offramp bank form appears to be built around Nigerian banks only (NUBAN account format, NGN currency). The platform targets 12 countries including Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, and Uganda, but the offramp does not support different bank lists or account formats per country.

Fix

1. Add a country selector to the offramp bank details form
2. Load the appropriate bank list per country (Paystack supports NG, GH, ZA, KE bank lists)
3. Apply country-specific account number validation
4. Use the correct fiat currency for the selected country

Impact

High product — the offramp is unusable for non-Nigerian users.

Hi! I'd like to work on this issue.

I'll extend the offramp flow to support multi-country banking by introducing a country selector that dynamically loads supported bank lists (NG, GH, KE, ZA via Paystack or equivalent provider). I’ll refactor the form to apply country-specific validation rules for account numbers, ensure correct fiat currency mapping per region, and update downstream submission logic to handle the selected country context consistently across the payout flow.
