If some issue is assigned to any person then you have to wait for that person if that person can't able to do then you can ask for taking the issue or you can choose other issue on which no other people assigned
Secondly bro we can't decide which is good only @TvisharajiK can decide according to their choice it's can't depend on UI and ya if admin don't like the work then he will surely assign to you
