Production cluster scheduled maintenance time and automatic stop for checkouts

Right now in Azure settings we defined maintenance window at every Monday, from 9AM UTC, duration 4 hours.
We need to stop doing checkouts before maintenance window automatically, so we will not have lost jobs due downtime, when kubernetes cluster is rebooting.
