Add an optional comment next to 👍 or 👎 in “Was this page helpful?” feedback field

### Describe what's missing in our docs

AJ mentioned he would like to get more feedback on docs pages. Seems like a quick win to add one more property here 

It could be a nice cooldown topic for one of you maybe @brian-mulier-p @Skraye (needs event adjustment on BE + new field for the comment on the website)?
