Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Nguyen Duc Khoa (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a private individual, regarding your use of the Boorusama mobile application (“App”), including those set forth in the Privacy Policy.

By purchasing a subscription or otherwise accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time here. We and third-party providers may make improvements and/or changes in the products, services, mobile applications, features, programs, and prices described in this App at any time without notice. Certain provisions of the Terms may be supplemented or superseded by expressly designated legal notices at this App.

Note: The App is not intended for and is not designed to attract children under 13 years of age. If you do not agree, please do not install, access, or use Boorusama. BY CONTINUING TO USE THE APP, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND ALL REVISIONS THEREOF.

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any portion thereof with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App or any portion thereof.

1. Account

Some features in the App require you to log in to third-party sites. You will provide your credentials directly to those sites. Boorusama does not create or host its own user accounts.

2. Subscription Payments, Renewals, and Cancellation

If you choose to purchase a subscription (monthly or annual) to unlock premium features in Boorusama:
	•	Payment: Will be charged to your app store account (e.g., Google Play) at the confirmation of purchase.
	•	Auto-Renew: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
	•	Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
	•	Manage Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your account settings within the store after purchase.
	•	No Refunds: All purchases are final. Any refunds will be governed by the applicable app store’s policies, and we cannot issue direct refunds ourselves.

3. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords or login information you use to access sites through Boorusama. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under those credentials. We strive to use reasonable measures to keep your usage of Boorusama secure; however, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your use of third-party sites through Boorusama is subject to their respective terms and policies.

You understand that any text, graphics, images, or other materials (collectively, “Content”) accessed through the App originate from third-party sites. We do not control or monitor Content hosted elsewhere, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content. By using the App, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive or objectionable; we are not responsible for that Content.

4. Intellectual Property

Any media, trademarks, or other content from the sites remain the property of their respective owners. Using the App does not grant you ownership or license rights over content provided by those third-party platforms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. BOORUSAMA IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT:
	•	THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
	•	THE RESULTS YOU OBTAIN WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
	•	ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP OR ANY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH BOORUSAMA. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Modifications or Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the App or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We won’t be liable to you or any third party for any changes or discontinuation of the App or its services.

8. Applicable Laws

This App is controlled and operated by an individual in Vietnam, and we make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Those who choose to access this App from other jurisdictions do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. You may not use or export the App in violation of any applicable export laws.

Any claim relating to the App or these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located within Vietnam for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, unless otherwise required by local law.
