Show blocked abilities in `EventViewer` class

Current behavior

When an ability activation attempt is blocked, there is no indication that anything happened in the viewer classes.

Desired behavior

• There is a section in EventViewer for blocked abilities.
• When an ability is blocked, it is added to blocked abilities section with a reason (e.g. "some_ability blocked – missing required tags", "some_ability blocked – not granted").
• After a few seconds, the blocked ability disappears.
