Description of the issue

When selecting "Float" on a Tool-Dock, there seems to be just a GlassCard which can be docked again though.

Package Version

6.0.0-rc

Environment

Windows 10

Expected Behavior

A window should pop up which can be resized, moved, maximized, minimized and closed if CanClosed is true on the Tool Dock.
