Kaui 4.0.1 - viewing catalog

To view the catalog for a tenant, the user needs to click the top-right "admin/" button. See this video. The name of the button is misleading as it does not indicate that it displays the catalog and other settings. So, a new user might find it hard to locate the catalog.

Maybe we can add a catalog link to the left nav as per the screenshot below?

The Catalogs tab is now moved to the left side bar:

Tested with Kaui 4.0.17-f2adb9c. My bad regarding this, I think moving to the left nav on the admin page makes no sense, users still need to click the "Admin" link at the top to view the catalog. Let's keep this one on hold, I think we should revisit the entire navigation. Can you please revert the code to what it was earlier? Sorry again 🙈

Tested with Kaui 4.0.17-5c786a2 and the Catalog link is moved back to where this was. Let's keep this one on hold and revisit the complete navigation.
