Following from the "escrow template" discussions when transitioning from V1 to V2, one easy improvement to make on V1 is highlighting which scenarios each Escrow type is best for. For example:

• General Escrow: Freelancing, P2P commerce;
• Cryptocurrency Transaction: OTC;

Adding this to the text just before the "Next" button would be enough.
