Replace new transaction form with multi-step wizard

Ideally, the process of creating a new transaction should be guided.
To that effect, replacing the form with a multi-step wizard would be beneficial.

For instance, steps could be:

1. Select escrow type;
2. Who, when, and how much to pay?
3. Add contract details;
4. Preview and transaction creation.
