Goal

Allow Claude Code to create and manage GitHub issues directly, reducing context switching
and streamlining the development workflow.

Scope

• Ensure gh CLI is installed and authenticated in the development environment
• Document the capability in project guidelines
• Establish conventions for Claude-created issues (e.g., attribution, formatting)

Outcome

Contributors can ask Claude to create issues on their behalf, capturing ideas, bugs, or
tasks without leaving the terminal or conversation context.
